The more you tell me, the better I can answer. Do you have a deadline (an interview, an exam, a move abroad)? Do you prefer mornings or evenings? Have you studied English before and dropped it? With those three pieces of information I can propose an almost-final plan in my very first email.

I read your message personally — there's no front desk and no auto-replies — and I answer with two or three proposed days and times for your trial class.
You pick the option that suits you best and I send the confirmation: the video-call link if it's online, or directions to the classroom if it's in person.
We chat, I assess your real conversational level and I note your goals. It's a pleasant conversation, not an exam: come without preparing anything.
Within a day I send you, in writing, your CEFR level, the format I recommend and a plan with realistic timelines. You decide whether we start — no pressure, no chasing.
A lot of people arrive at the trial class nervous, so let me tell you exactly what it's like and take away all the mystery. It lasts 30 minutes and always starts in Spanish: you tell me your history with English — the academy you abandoned, the exam that tripped you up, the meeting that scares you — and what you want to achieve.
Then we move into English gradually, only as far as you feel comfortable. A few simple questions and a short conversation are enough for me to place you on the Common European Framework (A1 to C1) fairly precisely. There's no written test and no trick questions: real conversational level is something you hear, not something you fill in.
In the final minutes I give you my diagnosis with complete honesty: your current level, the format that suits you best and how long I estimate you'll need for your goal. If the plan doesn't fit what you're looking for, I'll tell you that too — I'd rather give an honest "no" than gain a frustrated student. And remember: the trial class is genuinely free — no card details, no lock-in and no sales calls afterwards.
What do you need for the trial? If it's online, just a device with a camera and microphone and a quiet corner; I send you the link, nothing odd to install. If it's in person, come to the classroom at Calle Carretería 42 — five minutes from the Alameda Principal. Either way, bring the one thing I can't supply: the willingness. I'll take care of the rest.

Phone, WhatsApp and email support Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00. Online classes have an extended window from 8:00 to 21:00 for early birds and night owls. Weekends I rest — and I recommend your English uses them for series and podcasts, not grammar.
One-to-one classes can be booked week by week or as a fixed slot, whichever you prefer. Small groups have fixed schedules and places limited to 5 students, so there's often a waiting list: if a group interests you, write to me as soon as possible and I'll let you know the moment a place at your level opens up.
Life happens: meetings overrun, children get fevers. If you give at least 24 hours' notice, we reschedule the class for another day at no cost. With less notice, the class counts as delivered — it's the only way to protect the other students' slots. Packs expire after 6 months.
